Called asked for Owner(Hasn't been in for 2 years) and said he had a buyer ready to call him asap.... Scam. Called him back said he worked for A&I? Fraudster.
Bernie opens with something personal that might sound right to get to the person in charge of your company. He calls them tricks of the trade that make him the best in the world. He didn't make it to the person in charge today; he left too many blanks unfilled to believe he was truly a personal friend of the boss.
Bernie said he had information about the property. But improperly called the CEO the owner of the company, when it is a non-profit association. His contact info was put promptly into the trash.
