I also just had a guy call me with a foreign accent saying that I was being sued and I will be arrested for some money that had been deposited into my account from a payday loan. I never got a payday loan and had no money sent to my account. He stated that he will have police come and get me from my job and arrest me. He also had all my info like my address social and work place. We nd to get this guy reported so he can get arrested!!
This guy called claiming to be a debt collector on behalf of Fast Bucks payday loan. Foreign accent, very hard to understand, refused to put a supervisor on. Debt supposedly 6 or 7 years old, but they hav yet to send me anything in writing, This same person called me many times after that, leaving very threateniung messages and harrassing me. Said would sue me, file criminal charges, and have me arrested. I am reporting this to everyone I can think of. I tried to call back to get a supervisor, and got the same "gentleman he also tried to get my social security number and other private information, which I refused to do. He also left a threatening message on my supervisors phone for me. I would like to lock this company and their representativer up and throw away the key. I think it is a total scam, but people should not be able to treat other people this way.
