I called the number back and it stated that it was a survey and it is now been finished. Must have been the fastest survey on record since I called back only about a minute after receiving the original call.
Other callers with the exact same message --- 504-262-8050, 504-292-3015. I have gotten this same call 3x in the last 10 days. After you say hello, there's a delay, and then a female voice says "Helllo, oh hello! I'm so sorry my headset slipped. Hi this is Emily..." This is to make you think it's a person, but it's a recording. Goes on to to say I stayed at one of their resorts & they have specials on resorts & they just need to ask a few questions before they transfer you to an agent. Then "she" says "May I ask you a few questions". I don't answer & it repeats the question. I don't answer then it cuts off the connection.
