They are telemarketers scamming credit card holders. They claim they will get your interest rate reduced, but one piece involves opening a new card to roll over balances, and one involves closing the accounts to pay them off within 5 years. I am sorry they got my mother's maiden name and last 4 SSN, then told me they would lower my interest rate and only charge me $1500, which is a deal because they tack it on to the card at the end.
Reducing interest rates and rolling card balances over to 0% for 12 months is something I can do myself. I don't know if they pulled my credit, will watch carefully.
