Calls 2x a day leaves msg stating legal documents need to be delivered due to civil complaint in court last attempt to make call...I called the number back does a half ring, goes silent, 30 seconds later automated system says thank you for calling someone will be with you shortly....I hung up. Seems like a scam. No one notifies you via phone call that there's a civil complaint.
I've received 13 calls this week alone wanting to deliver legal documents for a debt I never had. I have now filed complaints with the Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission & Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and next week I am filing Federal Civil papers for harassment and violation of Fair Debt Collection practices Act. Every time they call me now will equal $500 per violation/ call.
