Woman with a very heavy Asian accent said she was with government agency asked me to call another number to receive a "free Loyalty Grant of $9,000". The number I was supposed to call "right away" was 202-810-5937. Never asked my name or region where I'm located, or actually any personal information.
Didn't answer, but machine did pick-up. No talking but call center room type noise in background. CallerID said "17189456277" Other sites indicate it's the government grant scam.
This is a spam call. Caller's accent was so thick and mentioned something about a federal grant. If it's so legit and official, isn't a name appear w/the phone on the caller ID?? Caller speechless..click
