Caller ID "Unavailable".  Calls frequently.  Never leaves message.   No answer on return call.

I'm wondering... are all phone numbers starting with 1 (after the area code) bogus? Anyone know for sure? We seem to get lots of them lately.

Yes, in the North American Calling Plan, no exchanges can begin with "0" or "1" until all locations require 10 digit dialing.
