It's VERIZON WIRELESS FINANCIAL SERVICES. If you're more than 24 hours past due you will receive calls from what appear to be local numbers; however it is Verizon using unassigned phone numbers to trick customers into answering and ultimately paying their past due balances.

Called BF on cell several times yesterday. No message left. We don't have Verizon. I'm assuming it's that Verizon stuff previous poster mentioned because we got a similar number call today claiming to be Verizon. We're on Straight Talk and have been since November of last year. I wouldn't answer it.
