Tired of getting calls from this scammer on my cellphone! I know this is a 'free country', but these people really need to get a life and a legitimate job...and leave those of us with a real life alone!
Go a step further if you can and kill unknown calls before there's any kind of answer on your end. If they believe they can rely on an answer anytime they call, they're bound to keep trying. "Opting out" really signals others to call since you confirm your number is working so the only thing to push is to hang up.
