It was a hang up call, but this black woman who represents Rise Credit uses autodialing (that is why your blocking doesn't work) and sometimes the number belongs to real people. I once left a message on two of the numbers, and they belonged to "other people who had nothing to do with Rise" so she is able to use their numbers to harass people for Rise Credit. when they called me back, I informed them that Rise Credit was using their numbers to harass people, and they should report it.

So...I went ahead and called the number, and was greeted with a prerecorded message asking if I wanted to be placed on the do not call list and they DID NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELF WHICH IS ILLEGAL. The original call was a hang up call so I assumed it was Rice Credit because they have this black woman harassing me, and once I spoke to her and she said she wasn't worried about operating illegally for Rise Credit because she had "lots of lawyers". Rice Credit operates illegally like that.
