I called that number back and yhe scary thing is she had all me information lol. But! I know for a fact i never have used a payday loan!! She drooped 2 names that I knew and one was a co-worker. I would only use her as a job reference! Don't fall for this crap
I got a call from this number and a woman identifying herself as Molly Wolinksky or something like that left a message. Said i may be involved in a fraud case involving my name, phone no and ssn. She said she was with "something" associates but i couldn't make out the first word. I called back and the phone rang several times before a recording told me to keave a no. I haven't heard back yet. Does anyone know if this is legit? I have received so many scam calls but this was a bit different. Molly said it was urgent that i call back.
They called me this morning too. Thinking it goes with the following numbers: 419-482-1173, 614-245-5938, 513-443-5366. I called Molly back and a Mark Adams Attorney at Law answered. He said he wanted to know why I haven't paid on a payday loan I took out with FastCash.com. I told him I didn't recognize the Lender and asked if he had any other info. He said he was the Lender's spokeperson and it was past the point of me getting any info. I googled FastCash.com and couldn't find a number for them. He wanted me to say I would pay or that I was refusing to pay over the phone. I told him I didn't recognize the lender. According to Marl, he's going to send my case 3017-10000-03753 to the county where I live and that I would be served. He said if I didn't have a lawyer I should get one.
I also just got a call saying the same thing and they would prosecute me if I didn't pay - I told them if you were really going to prosecute me then paying won't stop those actions so when and where is the court date and they hung up!!! Scammers
I just received a call 937-249-0183 about 2 hours ago from Molly with the same speech about a fraud case. sounds like a scam to me. I do I report these people?
