Received a partial message, cut off, asking me to call back. 206-209-1603. I did call back. Said they were the IRS; didn't speak English well, maybe Haitian/Caribbean accent. Said I owe taxes 2010-2014 (I don't). Said her name was "Officer Michael Thomas," male name, female voice, and in "45 minutes sheriff would come and see me behind bars." She hung up when I asked for proof, in writing, from IRS.
