Boy three scammers in a row within the last 10 minutes! All different numbers. Hung up before I could answer, now blocked because of complaints of contractors above me.
Another unwanted call from this Santa Monica cell phone arrived today, just 9 days since the last call on Feb. 16. When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message, just dead space. This is typical behavior of illegal telemarketers who place robocalls in search of gullible victims. Legal telemarketers (if there are any left) wouldn't stoop to these shenanigans.
According to several posters, this is a solar energy scam contractor (probably unlicensed), cold-calling in search of victims. Undoubtedly knows how Solyndra hoodwinked the taxpayers for $500 million and wants a piece of the action. Sorry, scammer, you're not fooling anyone, including my neighbor, Tiger, Ventura County.
