Call claimed to be from "Windows Live Support" . I have told them repeatedly not to call back, but I keep getting calls. Very pushy, and insistant. Any suggestions??
As above, Windows Live Support, warning of serious theat to my computer from new non-virus stuff, they can fix it on line now, just log in to www.team...... etc using the "run" command - no way I'm doing that!.. We hung up.

received a call from 315-944-0911 woman has very thick accent hard to understand. same as above, very excited warning me of someone in my family using my computer and that it was worse than a virus and has overtaken my windows 7. Asked name of company and who was calling answer:

A man with a very heavy Indian accent called to tell me there was a problem with my main computer. I have 6 computers on my network at different times. This is a total scam. I asked for the number to call back and he stated that I needed to call back in less than 30 minutes because they were going home. He stammered when I asked for the number. the number that he gave me as 315-944-0961 ext 317. Tried looking it up and it is showing that this is a total scam. Wish they would stop calling me. this is not the first time.
