I received an email from Rick conway, Crown Tool and Supply. 9701 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA. Phone 424.204.6508. Requested pricing on some assembly components.
Seems to be a scam.

What these fraudulent companies do is place a P.O. with a stolen credit card and when it appears the charge has cleared, the vendor contacts the freight forwarder, (another scam company) and arranges for the order to be picked up. The forwarder asks for payment and since the money is in the bank, the victim sends the payment. After 3-5 days there is a debit from your bank. It is explained that he credit card used was stolen. The product never ships and the thieves steal the freight charges.
I know we fell victim a few years back when a trainee in sales processed the order.
