All folks who have been called by "New Leaf Solutions" can find some very pertinent information regarding this company and its employees in the following threads
Why should they? A stranger calls you over the phone and wants to help you with your credit? Sounds like Echos of "Rachel and the Credit Card Ctr" calls. How in the world is anyone going to help you without you giving them your name, address, Bank acct number, ssn, Blood type and shoe size. I am given to believe that he is going to skin you out of all the money he can get.
Pardner, you are being led down the primrose path if you're not sure about his intentions...Splash a little water on the face....wake up!!!
If you feel that you really need help, I suggest that you initiate and contact locally those who are in a position to offer help or offer advise on who and what to do....Contact Someone you know.......
These are junk bad credit purchasers and scam artists. They have previous affiliations with known criminal/racketeer Randall Goins and he may be behind this operation. Slippery shysters with an MO that is patently illegal. They don't have a pot to piss in, let alone money for attorneys so DO NOT BELIEVE THEM when they tell you they are filing a legal case. The docket numbers, etc are bogus. NOTE: This is all illegal activity and money you pay to them will not bring you any relief or make them go away.

Zach is engaged to TiffanyAnne Deditius (https://www.facebook.com/TiffanyAnneDeditius34) who declares herself to be a Managing Partner at New Leaf. You'll see that she, as well as Wofford worked at Goin's companies, particularu IMR.

I would like to apologize for my previous post. It was inaccurate and inflammatory. This company is not in fact associated with known criminal/racketeer Randall Goins. The owners are in fact victims of him. I have also learned that they can report accounts to the credit bureau and have the ability to obtain a judgement. They are even seeking a default judgement against one debtor next Thursday.
New Leaf Solutions Does not claim to fix credit. However we are a credit reporting agency who owns all of the files in our office. Because of that we can report accounts as paid as agreed and that may improve your credit. It certainly wont hurt your credit and if you know you created a debt you should have a desire to get it resolved voluntarily.
