New Leaf Solutions has purchased these accounts with the intent to have them resolved. Our goal is that every person would have the desire and means to handle their debts voluntarily. Unfortunately some people are not willing and others are unable. We handle every account individually and will always work within the means of someone who has a desire to resolve an account and the willingness to make an effort. We offer Settlement options and a fresh start payment plan arrangement to those who qualify and are willing. While we can't "FIX" your credit we can make a positive report to the credit bureau. For the unfortunate few who chose to deliberately and willfully evade the debt they knowingly created we do have the legal right to, the willingness to and the means to litigate and depending on individual state laws garnish wages, bank account and file liens on property after a judgement is obtained.
As far as giving personal information to us we will never require any of that from someone we contact. We already have all of that information. We may use a date of birth ans SSN already in our file to verify identity. This is a normal practice the same as when you call your bank and talk to customer service about your checking account.

There is nothing vindictive about giving people a chance to make good on their obligations. New Leaf Solutions gives everyone the opportunity to setup a payment plan that is within their individual means. As a credit reporting agency we can report those payments as an account that is being paid as agreed and potentially improve their credit situation. All settlement offers and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing and when an account is paid in full a letter signed by one of the owners is sent confirming that the obligation has been satisfied. We avoid litigation whenever possible but when a person who has the ability to pay refuses we can and will take action to obtain a judgment and garnish wages as allowed by state law.

The change from LLP to LLC required a new business license from the state and a new UBI number.

New Leaf called today and now I have proof that this is a spin off company of Randall goins or a company that bought his debt file , I blocked the phone # and Contacted the snohomish county sherrifs department with all the info I had from IAM, IMR and other companies Randall Goins used. Once again I told them they had the wrong number and the person they were looking fore did not live here. I also asked them not to call back. I did not tell them I was contacting the police on the phone, however,The Police and FBI Will also be notified.
