New Leaf Solutions LLC is in no way shape or form associated with Randall Goins. The owners have been fighting to get him stopped for a long time and will continue to do so. We are a legally licensed and bonded company operating fully within the law. Randall Goins is a thief and is calling on accounts from stolen databases legally owned by several companies including ours. If you are not the individual we are trying to contact we would like to verify and notate the file so we do not waste any more of your valuable time or ours.

New Leaf is scum. I haven't had one piece of bad debt since my Ch 7 in October 2005. Amy Thomas called me this afternoon threatening "civil action" with a case number (oh yea... scary lol). I am still FUMING over this. Not so much for me because I know the law but for others who don't and who they actually are able to scare into paying money they don't owe.
Not only are they collecting on discharged debt but in California the statute of limitations is 4 years.... so this debt is 8++++ years old. Most the debt from the ID theft was from I believe 2001-2002? I don't remember - will have to pull out my old police reports and credit reports. You are crooks and bottom feeders and try to scare people into giving you money hoping they don't know the law. I know the law and you don't scare me. You should honestly be ashamed of yourselves. Tell me on Facebook to "take care of my obligations". MY obligations... yea right.
Going tomorrow to file a police report to start a paper trail so if these guys try to start something with me I can get my $5k in small claims.
