Advance fee loans are illegal period and in some states, so are the payday loans. Please be aware the scammers may also claim down the road that you have taken a loan and try to extort money from you that way as well!

I applied for a loan and I kept getting calls from this number I placed the number on my reject list as I changed my mind.
well as of today I have received about 5 calls from this group. This afternoon I got an e- mail from a Adam Nelson with a loan offer the guy gave a personal yahoo email address no loan company does that from a business he also attached a contract with amount offered and payment amount no dates when they should be paid just how many to be paid overall it was not your typical loan contract I looked at it very carefully looks like a lot of copy and paste went into it then it said I would have to pay the first payment up front no loan company does that. on closing it said thanks and regards general correspondence team premier loans . Then I get a email from a lady she sent it to 49 people telling us its a rip off.
