Who called from 5109625043

Called my cell phone and left no message.
Probably the same [***] who called from a slightly different number, 5109625046. I blocked it and I'm blocking this one too.

I, too, received calls on my cell from both these numbers (5043 & 5046).  No message left either time.

Received a call on my cell from 510-962-5046 yesterday, 12/20.  No message was left.  Just received a call from 510-962-5043 today.  Again, no message was left.  Blocking both numbers.

Said he was calling regarding a personal matter, declined to state when asked, mumbled some unintelligible English, and when I asked him to repeat he hung up on me.

Also got a call from this junk/unknown caller today who refused to ID himself or the matter he was calling about.
