I received a pre recorded call claiming to be from IRS and Was told how I need to call this number back Bc the IRS was going to have me arrested due to back taxes. I called back and the phone rang about 12 times then guy answers"IRS" . The voice sounded muffled and sounded far away. I blew my old whistle for about 40 seconds directly into phone and then hung up. I felt better.
