Your money is gone, you were scammed. The only people that can issue visas are the actual government. In this case that would be these people http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp
I fill out an application with heading " want to immigrate to Canada - Succeed today". I am now receiving a call from Shawn and John Keller from phone # 647 558 0557. asking me to wire $300 US to account 1452327 as registration fee in order to go a head with the assessment of my application. He constantly calls me and asking me to wire the money so he can go ahead and process my evaluation..
I received a call today from the same number and the caller is Shawn. He's asking about my bank details and the charges for the visa evaluation is $550. Please help. Can we find out if this is legit. I asked some of my friends in canada to verify the number, but they only hearing a music instead of ringing..
I spoke to Jean ( pronounce like Zhean or sean) Scott fr and Lucy White as supervisor and mentioned Marian De Vera ( fr Philippine) as immigartion consultant...almost 1 hr they explain to me the process etc., when i asked some info abt our case ms lucy hang on me and when i called back..a certain michelle who sound like lucy told me that lucy will callbk..they asked US$650 one time registration fee..
Guys..the best way to apply and inquire is directly to immigration website of any country..
I don't know whether it was a scam or not ,however I think it's better to look into this and to have more information about them .In addition to that I believe you must contact the Canadian embassy just in case you want to find out whether it's a scam or not
