Your money is gone, you were scammed. The only people that can issue visas are the actual government. In this case that would be these people http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp

Read page 1 of this thread. This number has called other people. They say its a scam, someone trying to get you to pay them to get paperwork so you can live in Canada legally. You can safely ignore it.

Hi, this number +16136650500 called me and discuss about Canada immigration ( i saw their adds on FB so i gave my contact number ). Before our conversation end, the caller ask me about my card details. I ask her if do i need to give it now as I haven't received yet any documents or procedures. I hang it thinking that might be a fraud. She said her name is Alice Rose and she is from www.canadianvisa.org. I dont know if real. Please someone reply if you experience the same and if its real consultant.
