He has called my office every day this week, asking to speak to the owner, who's name he mispronounced horribly...I offered to put him into the owner's voicemail, and he said no, that they'd 'done some work together' and he wanted to thank him. Hmm. If you 'did work together' how is that you don't know his name?
The man called, said his name, and asked for the owner. I asked him what company he was with and he said it was just a community project he wanted to discuss with the owner. I said I could take a message, and he said there wasn't really a message, just needed to speak with the owner and that he'll call back later. I should have looked up his number while i was on the phone so I could tell him to stop calling us.
