Recieved a phone call on 9/29/15 from 904-000-0000, voice mail was left. Sounded as if the voice was saying, "This is Irag." It sounded as if the man was standingn outside with other people talking around him. It reminded me of someone calling from a satellite phone.
Caller ID said "Invalid number" (which is not what it said when 000 000 0000 called earlier). I wasn't home to answer (not that I would have) and caller left no message.
I was getting 2 and 3 calls a day from this number and no one was there. I have now purchased a phone from Best Buy with a caller block on it. When I put this number and a few other morons in block, the phone rings one time and hangs up on the caller. you can also stop the one ring but I let it ring one time just to see how many of these I get in a day.
