They should have the following skill set:
Required skills:
3+ years experience
Self-motivated person with a strong analytical mind
Fluent in English
Technical skills:
• Object oriented (OO) programming
• XHTML (strict) development, W3C compliant
• JavaScript with OO aspects
• Ajax + Web 2.0 user interfaces
• CSS
• PHP5
