Who called from 01619741315

Scam, phones me everyday day they should be locked up, xxxxxxxx xxxx

Answered phone, recorded message said that they were Call Contact and sorry to have missed you, would try again or, I could call them on an 08 number. The phone I answered belongs to an 89 year old person with mobility probs and would have rung back had I not been there as worried it was something important.

Three times a day for weeks,I don't answer but because I'm awaiting an important call I have to waste time looking at the number.

Didn't answer due to warning
