I have received multiple calls from this number, claiming that I qualify for a government grant of $9000. Very heavy Chinese accent. I can only assume that they are phishing.
This number has been calling me for the past 2 weeks. One day they called 10 times and left 2 messages. The only thing I heard on the messages were typing on a keyboard, people talking and laughing in the background. This is definitely a scam if they refuse to leave a message. Grant associations will leave a messages and a valid phone number will pop up.
Just received a call from this number.
I've been getting a lot lately so I asked for his name in which he replied (Oliver) and stated he was with the federal government providing grants with a heavy Indian accent. I told him if I received one more call he would hear from my lawyer.
He replied with " f*** your lawyer. " I said "what? " and he replied " yeah how you like that, f*** your mom too ".
I wish I could see this person face to face.

I have never answered this number because I read online that the number is spoofed. They called 12 times in quick succession early in the morning after rejecting the calls on my new cell number. Complaints with the FCC I presume are done in writing. It would be nice to catch those people and wake them up in the middle of the night repeatedly.
