This number called me then it beep then hung up

caller with foreign accent hung up when I asked who was calling

This number called me then told me about from government departments bla bla and final he asks me to pay $9000 ! What the [***] wrong with this?

Daily calls; Caller claims to be from IRS; thick foreign accent who will not identify themselves; when challenged they hang up

multiple calls from this number to my cell phone which is on the DO NOT CALL Registry.  Asked to be removed from their list and blocked their number.
