Update: Number called back (Third time today). Male with an unfamiliar accent stated my name and asked if I was this person. I said yes.
He then informed me that I was selected to receive a 7,000 Federal Government Grant mentioned by "Alabama" and said he needed to obtain information from me. I asserted to him that I believed he call is fraudulent and that he needed to quit calling me immediately.
He then started yelling at me in an foreign language and hung up. Wow.
