A guy called me from this number with what sounded like a Russian accent. Very poor English. I kept him on the phone for about an hour just to waste his time. He kept asking from either a debit/credit card number or a bank account number so he could send me my $9,000. I even asked him several times, "You do realize that I'm on the call and talking to you to waste as much of your time as possible." I also asked him a number of times how many people actually fell for his "scam" and whether he was really calling from Russia or Ukraine. He didn't seem understand what I was saying and went back to asking me for my account numbers so he could send the $9,000 to me. I kept him on the line by continually telling him that I want the $9,000 but I want them to send it to me by Western Union or by a gift card and by telling him that I couldn't understand what he was saying. Hopefully, that hour I spent with him kept him from calling a couple of other people.
