Who called from 2022222202

This number called my cell phone 4 times in the past 2 days. Never anyone there when I answer. When I called it back I got a recording saying that "The number you dialed is not in service".

I received a call from 2022222202 and was told that the government will give me 9000 dollars for no apparent reason and I asked how he became very irate. I told him to not call me anymore and hung up!!!  It's a scam.

Has called several times and when I answer nothing is there.

calls and doesn't say anything.  seems like it might be  a rotary call that someone didn't catch when I answered.

Received a call and said they have government fund of $9000 waiting for me to claim.  I hung up and called back but it said the number has been disconnected.  SCAM CALL ALRIGHT.
