Nancy Wilson called me today as well. Told me that the IRS would take "illegal action" against me and that I was going to be arrested in 24 hours. Tried to call back but just got voicemail. The voicemail message said, "thank you for calling Internal Revenue Services." And it was a foreign accent on the message. I don't think the IRS would use a foreign accent on their VM. Plus, I am pretty certain that there would be a menu of options once I called...not "leave a message." Also, I have had to pay back taxes before and the IRS sent me a letter. They did not threaten to arrest me.
Yup, Nancy got my wife this morning too from number 202-239-1063 which is a voice over IP that shows "Washington DC" and a VOIP company Ymax Company. We eventually told then to pound sand after they requested we pay them $2,500 using a reloadit card from Big Y. What a joke! The IRS never communicates by phone for these things and also they always give taxpayers a chance to appeal their claims. And most of all they never threaten leagel action over the phone. These people are the lowest kind on earth and I hope they get what is coming to them. I filed a complaint with the FTC and also I have a friend in the FBI who I contacted about this as well.
