The call showed up on my caller ID as Dandy Mini Mart but the message said they were from the IRS and were filing a suit against me. They left a message on my phone with the above number I called it and a gentleman with a heavy accient answered the phone stating that he was with the IRS when I asked his name so I knew who I was talking to he hung up on me. I called again to get another gentleman and I said if you are the IRS I would like to know who I am speaking with and he hung up on me also. I know this is a scam not sure what they think they are going to accomplish with this but just be careful who you give information to.

It's not *for* magicJack, but it is coming from a magicJack device. They are a favorite of overseas cowards who try to extort money from law abiding citizens in the US.
Received 2 calls. One, from 760-733-9829 from Baker, CA told me to call 202-239-1270 and another, 512-495-9027 Austin, TX minutes later told me to call 253-245-3159. Both identified themselves as from the "IRS, Internal Revenue Service". Both also stated that the IRS was filing suit against "you". Can't imagine anyone would fall for this but it must work with someone or they wouldn't continue to do it.
