I received a call from a caller who verified my name and address and then proceeded to tell me that I was approved for a federal grant that would be sent to me via Western Union. I was told that all I had to do was load $175 onto a prepaid Vanilla Reload Network card and wait on an MTC#. Obviously this is a scam and the guy was very rude when I told him that I know this is a scam and to not call back .
Yeah I got a call today from a unknown number telling me I been approved for 8,000 grant that I don't have to pay back an that is taxed free all I have to do is call this number an get the mtcn from Christopher Brown but when I called him it went to voicemail so I goggle the number an this popped up I knew I was a scam......
QI got a call from this today to and they told me to go to cvs and put 290.00 on a card and i told the ok and i got off the phone and and called whnt about them and said not good.so people please do not do it
I got the same call and when i told the guy Christopher Brown that i think this is a scam he told me "f@#k you" and hang up the phone; so i know for a fact that this is a scam.
