Who called from 2022392442

A male identifies himself as "Officer Frank Gatson with the Internal Revenue Service" when number is dialed, asks that you "leave a brief message".

I keep receive calls asking to call. That it's about IRS and a warrant has been issued but it never states my name. I called my tax filer and they said people are getting calls from this as well about the same thing but it may be a scam

Caller ID indicates "MALIN CRAIG". Message left was: "This call is officially a final notice from IRS Internal Revenue Service ... <snip>"
