I wasn't in when the call came. Checked missed calls, called the number to tell them to take me OFF the call list. I got: "I'm sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed", Blocked it, so when they call ME back, they won't get through!

This number is from the Washington DC area and they have called several times in the past two days and never leave a message. They have also called from another DC area number as well. Once again no message.
