I received a call on 9/15. Funny enough, you could (see below) call them back and get a live person on the phone! I was able to keep the guys on the phone for 2-3 minutes at a time - not long, but long enough to save someone else from this scam.
The number is services by MagicJack. I reported the number to MagicJack, and they responded quickely - they disconnected the line within hours of my report. If you ever are able to trace a number like this back to MagicJack, send an e-mail to
