They called and left message something like "call us before you may get arrested."
Then they called back a couple times and the person on the phone didn't speak clearly, had a lot of accent that it was hard to understand. They repeated the phone number and it was correct then they read the address but it was completely off address. I just said you got a wrong number and hung up.
It's a scam.
"Your last chance" "magistrate" scam robocall. Might be slightly more convincing if they waited until the answering machine finished before leaving their lame message.
