Received 4 calls in a row with 2 messages...first one had nothing on it - 2nd one was from Michael Sinclair (I think) wants me or my retained attorney of record to call back on an urgent matter.

Baker law firm scam. they will say you owe money to US Cash Advance company . One of the names they use Is Micheal. He will say he is from a law firm and that you owe money but wont tell you how much or when the loan was made. Total scam. If you ask for any information to verify with your bank to see if there were any deposits made he gets very angry and says we are going ahead with legal action. LOL and he uses very bad grammar and speaks with a Heavy Indian accent. He is from India. Scamming scum...........

I just got scammed out of $721. They threatened me with being arrested the next day at my work. They insisted on staying on the line while I got the money and went to the store to pay only be green dot. They said I was being charged with fraud. They had all my info personal and work info
I just recieved a call from 202-241-2999 saying it was a Michael sinclair from Baker law firm saying that my bank was filing charges and I had to pay 421.00 in 1 hour he was very nasty very mean told me I was gonna be arrested at my job so i called the number I have for my bank and nothing is going on scam
