Heavy accent "IRS agent" Mike Robinson, left message on my home number stating I owe the IRS and my property is being seized and there is a warrant for my arrest; he said a stock phrase: "it is imperative that you call us back today."
My tax returns being spotless and never having had any issues with the IRS, I called him back and left a message in my best "robot voice": "Danger! Danger! ...Mr. Robinson"
Did not hear back from him yet.

•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
