They told me that I won 10000 n I did the research on them and all I see is that they is a scam so thanks

I received a call from a person stating I had been approved for a $10,000 grant.  They said they were from "Human Health Services at 200 Independence Dr. In D.C.  They asked me to send $190 for check handling and insurance. Watch out for scams.  If you win something or are eligible for money, you will never be asked for processing.

I got the same message.  asked for a call back number.  would not give them any messages
