Who called from 2022440000

After two rings, caller hangs up when ans. machine responds.

This phone number called and text messaged me I called it back and the person who answered it said something about criminals hacking into the phone

SCAMMERS! do not answer to these people! they were trying to get my information for "Free Government money". totally ridiculous. and when I called back to try to get them to stop, because they called multiple times, I got no answers. went off on a lady and she started cussing because I wouldn't give my information!

You're only getting calls like that because of some website that was linked to it. They dont just have your number. And the only "free government money" that exists is ssi.
