This is part of the INDIA scammer group that calls from many different 202 area code numbers to try and get info from you by offering free grant money or tell you that they want to give you $1000 for being a good citizen. They claim to be from the federal government but they are not. Usually a woman with a heavy indian accent. DO NOT answer, and DO NOT call back. They will bombard you with calls if you answer or call. And nobody will do anything to stop them. Block them and avoid.
