recieved call from someone with obvious fake accent telling me i qualified for 10,000 dollars in grant money from government gave me # to call to verify 202-249-7491 looked # up discovered it was scam be careful!!!
received call from 202-249-7491 "Derrick Williams" claiming to be from Health & Human Services and we are receiving a government grant for $10,000 if we go to Walgreens & put $290 in a "green dot" envelope to cover the taxes....go to western union etc .FRAUD FRAUD!!!
Once in a lifetime personal grant from the federal govt. to be used on whatever you like as long as not gambling, alcohol, etc. Same as above, $290 on a green dot card for the processing through Western Union. COMPLETE FRAUD. Told me it was snowing and that they are an hour behind myself in time. Not true any of it and we are in the same time one.

Got a 2nd call today claiming I qualified for $10,000 grant. (I was to use the code FR101 to claim my money) I called the BBB they said it's a scam. No such place as "Federal Grant Dept" as he stated,
