They just called me, saying they had a $9000 grant that never has to be paid back. The caller ID said it was coming from Washington DC, and the guy with a heavy Russian accent claimed he was in Washington DC. As soon as I started asking how the weather was in Washington DC today, he kept saying it was none of his concern. When I said "You're going to ask me for my credit card number, aren't you?" he got all excited. "Yes, yes! I need your 16 digit credit card number to transfer the balance!" So I started asking him basic questions about Washington DC and he flipped his biscuits, started yelling at me, and hung up.
