I also got a call from this number claiming they are from IRS and filing lawsuit against me. Voice generated on the other side and they left me a Voicemail, I did not answer nor am I planning to call back. The IRS will usually contact you in writing if there is an issue. I also believe it is a scam.
called me and said it was the IRS and they had a lawsuite against me,he asked me if i wanted to take care of it now or in court,when i said court,he said ok,and hung up.
Electronically generated voice says this is the IRS with final notice of filing a suit against me. Left return phone number, but no other information. No case number, etc. Seems to be fraudulent.
