Message is that the IRS is filing a law suit and it is important to return the call.

All of the IRS "operators" have heavy Asian accents, and you can hear many other operators in the background at this boiler room.  "You should cooperate with the sheriff when he shows up at your door tomorrow."

I have software that out-spoofs the spoofers.  This call comes from someone named "Ji Dan" (means "hen's egg" in Chinese).

Haha IRS would not have such a horrible recording.
