Who called from 2023412731

This number has called me several times stating they are from the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit unless I pay them money....total scam

I also received a voice mail from this number stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit and to urgently call back. Needless, to say I didn't return this scam call. The IRS doesn't call you if there is a tax situation. The came in from the Washington DC area. No other identifiers.
