Voicemail claiming to be from Director of Arbitration. Name of Nicholas Dukowski (?). Claims there is a pending claim attached to my name, SSN and state ID. Tells me I need to get a lawyer and contact him immediately. Leaves a call back number of 866-838-2314. Calls me by a name that is not mine but similar. Horrible voice. Like he's holding his nose...nails on a chalkboard. Blocked number immediately.
